I’ve been sucked into the NurKasih blackhole, just like everyone else. (Not that it’s a bad thing though) I reckon this is the first time I watched Malay series and complaint less. Thumbs up to the production and director Kabir Bhatia for brewing such a good and no-play-play series thus making my kind (the-not-watching-Malay-series- kind) driven to watch.
And thanks Keira for going on and on how good the series were until intrigued me to watch and thanks to Farah for burning them into DVDs 😉
While I’m still at it, I thought I’d give some facts about my couch potato attitude.
I did the calculation the other day. I watch average 2 movies on a weekday and 4 on a weekend, that accumulated appx to 72 movies a month! The movies I watched came from various sources; DVDs I bought, copied from friends, cinema, ASTRO, online etc.
I made it a point to watch a movie a night, even however late I reached home. Tak lengkap hidup kalau tak tengok movie sehari 🙂
From now on I’ll try to update with movies that touched me, be it recently released or classics. Manatau boleh tukar2 story :0
The one I watched during weekend:
One of my favourite genre – WW2 during/post war story. Mistakenly ingat that lady is Cate Blanchett and that guy is Daniel Craig. Rupany2 both is German and Russian actor/tress. Good plot – a lady doctor in a prison camp who was torn between two men (one was her husband that has gone cuckoo & don’t recognized her anymore and another one was her prisoner that loved her). Touching. Of course it made me cry 🙂
OK selamat berbuka untuk hari ini!
