I’ve finally found my calling.
Hence, am gonna submit my resignation letter today and enroll in one of the finest baking institution in the UK. I’m grateful and thanking God that my dream finally comes true.

SO, here’s three most vital tips in preparing layer cake (atau dalam BM nye kek lapis):
3. RM and oh yeah, patience.
Spend half a day yesterday preparing this:

And I was overwhelmed seeing the cake being wiped out of the plate in a jiffy! Rasa berbaloi tengok my brothers ate it macam makan candy bar (Hoi, I spend almost 4 hours in the kitchen k!)

And couldn’t help feeling that stinging sensation of PROUD of myself for manage to do this (memang respect habis kat kek lapis bakers yang buat business tu). I tell you, despite the many hours spent, it was worth it.
I am determined. I wanna marry a rich man, quit my job, enrol in a baking and culinary institution and open up a bakery. Heh. Boleh caya ke? 😉
Weekends – open houses, family gaths, BBQ, grocery shopping with mum, me-DVD-time and gadget window-shopping with my brother (heh, ended up buying earphone and car modulator je).
Ps: I met few people that claim they read my blog religiously. I guess it’s time to come out of the thin air and leave some trail, now that we’re not anymore strangers, kan? 😛
