Venue: Al-Ra*hi ATM, in front of Lot 10.
I was queieng behind these two Arab?Iran?Oman-who cares? fellas. They withdrew a stack of dollarbillya (trust me I’ve withdrew a 2k before and those doesn’t come close looking like a 2k to me) and turned around, facing me and said:
“Saya sudah kaya ya” with the pelat essence and laughter.
Being the nice Malaysian citizen that I (always) am, said : Can buy me a cup of coffee then *I sooo know there’s a SanFran joint just next to the ATM*
The-unknown-citizenship-rich-bloke: Well, why not? and can’t stop grinning thereon.
“Haha, just kidding. Am rushing back to work” and continue minding my business with the ATM machine.
After I’ve done my transaction, I saw these two fellas still standing outside the ATM glass kiosk, one with a SanFran ice blended and hand over to me a cup *am I a lucky brat or what? It sure is one fine sunny day!*
I took the cup, said thanks, smiled and made my way *I know it is kinda rude but I’m really rushing to get back to office*
“Hey u didn’t leave any phone number!” Shouted that rich-I-assumed-foreigner-chap tadi when I was already 5 metres away.
“You never ask!” Smiling and fasten my pace while gulping down the refreshing ice-blended topped with whipped cream.
Heh. Aku tak cakap pun aku nak bg number kalau ko beli coffee tadi. Sape suruh baik sangat🙂
Ps: Have had my fair share of foreigners. They sure know how to melt you down with their sweetwords and moolah (yes, they are very2 rich and don’t mind spending a dime for you if you ready to commit with one) and loyal kot, I might add. But just beware cause sometimes they just don’t know how to say no..
Ps2: Oh trust me, if money that I’m after, I already have a 2carat diamond ring on my finger and giving someone a PR status right now. Heh *wink*
